System Range
Regardless of the buildings function, whether it be high rise office or low rise residential, the facade
is the physical identity of the building. Quality of the built environment is essential to owners, users
and the local community, and is increasingly under the critical eye of planning authorities.
The MMC Alliance provides a vast range of solutions making it possible for designers to apply an
imaginative and individual facade to any type of building. Bespoke highways for building services routing
(plumbing, cable/wiring distribution) integration is provided within the facade frame by means of
pre-engineered penetrations.
The facade frame features the unique ‘Flush-faced’ connection method that provides a flat
surface for the installation of internal linings. Kingframe Architectural Facade Systems can
accommodate all types of internal lining systems, including plasterboard, cellulose board
and other specialist fire or acoustic performance linings.

Modern Methods of
Construction Benefits
The use of MMC using Off-Site systems is rapidly increasing as building investors, design
teams, constructors and occupiers realise its benefits over traditional on-site building methods.
Off-Site systems mitigate project risk and achieve predictable cost certainty, rapid build speed,
consistent high quality, enhanced Health & Safety and earlier project completion and handover.
This allows earlier building occupation and quicker financial payback to investors, owners and
occupiers.
